Communication tips:

In our EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System®) world, we coach our clients to have to say it seven times before someone hears it for the first time. Another may have to say it seven different ways.

In normal business times, it's important to communicate your vision and values to your team regularly (at least quarterly). In times of chaos or crisis (e.g. Covid-19), you have to communicate even more. As communication increases, fear will decrease. Get traction in your business with the communication tips above.
